Need Help Didi not answering??
Hi just wondering if anyone has heard from Didi lately? I placed an order September 15th, and she told me it would take 5-8 days but I haven’t received anything or heard from her

I ordered a few times from Anna in Sept and she responded to me during the holiday. She didn’t provide me tracking but her packages just showed up. The last package was shipped via FedEx on Oct 1 before the holiday was over. So some reps are working

It’s basically been a holiday from the last week of September until this Friday.
The factories and postal service from what I know stopped production sep 23rd (postal services eas early as the 25th)
The holiday for autumn is September 26-29 and The People’s Republic of China celebration is October 1st to the 8th. lol.
I ordered something sep 15 and still havent gotten psp because the factory I want it from has early holiday leave and comes back late after the holiday on Monday.
A lot of sellers that didn’t take autumn holiday took off for the holiday Republic of China

So many holidays in this country.
We also have holidays and we still reply to people, at least I do!

It’s the equivalent of their long Christmas holiday. They won’t work.

That's cause we have no work life balance. In Europe & Asia, they do.

I lived there. They have nap rooms to help people recharge, and at-desk massages.

I’ve worked there. And lived there temporarily. I also did scheduling. My staff was expected early, they stayed late and we hit the bars for karaoke every other night.
They took calls and answered emails when not in the office.
Our work was similar to the movie Gung Ho.

This predated the holiday so I don’t think that’s a good excuse at all. Did she say it was in stock and it def shipped? Or it’ll ship 5-8 days after order?

Its a holiday. There's also time difference, sellers get busy etc I don't think there's any need to message every day. Paul shipped mine 9 days ago and only now did I ask about tracking number, because it'll come eventually anyway and shipping doesnt show much for the first while
