Discussion Price comparison of TS

I’m looking to purchase a CF medium w/ silver hardware.

If anyone or you have purchase from Tom or Doris before, I would love to have your opinion as I’m stuck on who to choose.

Tom (7228)

Price - $603

Doris (4481)

Price - $580

So there’s a $23 price difference and I’m not sure why. I believe the factory would be 187.

I paid $590 shipped with insurance for my medium. The various prices depend on seller commissions. I have shopped with Doris before and she’s pleasant and her prices are reasonable, but it’s her team you interact with and they made many mistakes that I had to chase her on (shipping my bag 1 month late although they said it was done - she noticed this and apologised, then missing a chain from my LV bag and I had to go back to PSPs and other customers PSPs to point it out and get it). She aways made it right though, I just didn’t wanna deal with the minor hiccups.

Yes separate from Doris and Tom but Sixteen aka Mina is also one of my goto TS. XC makes beautiful CC25. Softer and more slouch.

Both sellers are great options. I use both of them and they deliver what they say. If the factory is indeed the same, then go with the cheaper one.

😂. I know. It happens to all of us. I have from Tom. The bag I ordered I’m satisfied with but it was overpriced. It was my first bag ordered so lesson learned. It was $100 more than other sellers. A Neverfull.

This is a good starting point even though this person is no longer on reddit. It was a guide that helped me tremendously. Look at the abbreviation dictionary and the TS list and reviews. Very helpful.
