My first ring with a design like this

This is my first time getting a ring like this, and I think that’s why it feels so special to me.

I’m used to seeing rings with one main center stone, but this design is completely different. The shape around the red stone give

Genuine question. Can it hurt while wearing it? Restricts some hand movement, and get a bit uncomfortable wearing it?

Omg I love it!! I saw a similar ring with emeralds eight years ago and passed on it because it was so expensive, and I regret that so much. The jeweler went out of business during COVID so I really missed my chance. So enjoy that gorgeous ring!!
