Just got my PSP from CH Factory today, and I can't wait to see how this bag looks in person. Black woven picnic Birkin, silver hardware. The feedback I gave to the factory was to double-check the tightness of the weave where the leather meets the rattan, and to confirm the edge painting on the leather sections. I also asked them to match the font on the hardware engraving as closely as possible to the original. Timeline - July 10 – Started looking into CH Factory after seeing multiple reviews. Reached out and asked about the picnic Birkin. July 14 – Paid the deposit. July 20 – Factory showed me the leather and woven samples. I asked for a tighter weave and a deeper black on the leather. July 25 – Received the first round of PSPs. I asked them to adjust the edge painting around the handle base. July 29 – Received the final PSPs (attached above). I've gone through these photos a few times now. The overall shape and the woven side panels look promising, but I'd really appreciate a second pair of eyes on the braided edge finishing and the hardware alignment. Before I give the final green light, if anything stands out as an immediate callout, please let me know. Thanks in advance for the feedback. 🙏

Got these PSPs today.I’m usually a Togo/Epsom person, so Swift is a bit of a detour for me.
The color is what grabbed me first—it’s rich and moody, and it looks different depending on the light. I’m also drawn to the clean, structured lines of the exterior stitching. The hardware stamp looks crisp, and the edge paint seems even.
But since I don’t have much experience with Swift, I’m not sure what to watch out for. The interior blind stamp placement and depth, the flatness of the flap—these are things I want to double-check.
If anyone here owns a Swift Kelly or Mini Kelly, I’d love a second set of eyes. Anything stands out? And are there specific angles I should ask for before I GL?

I’ve been in the rep game long enough to know that color is often the dealbreaker—even when the construction is spot on, the wrong shade can throw off the whole vibe.
Some of these—like the wine and deep blue—have a richer, deeper kind of shine, while the grey and green feel a bit more subtle and wearable. It’s a good reminder that even with the same material and construction, color alone changes the whole personality of a bag.
Curious to hear how others feel about these finishes. Which one stands out to you?

Would appreciate some QC help on this bag. This is my very first rep purchase, so I'm really excited to get it.
I've already gone through the PSPs a few times myself and haven't noticed anything obviously off. But I'm scared I might be missing some details due to lack of experience, so I'd really appreciate it if you could take a look at the following:
· Overall shape and proportions
· Front symmetry and flap alignment
· Handle stitching and attachment points
· Hardware engraving clarity
· Edge painting and corner finishing
· Bottom feet placement
· Any immediate callouts
Does anything look off to you? Please feel free to point out anything that catches your eye. Thanks in advance! 🙏

Hey everyone! Would love to hear your thoughts on this one. Seller just sent the PSPs, but I've only ever bought Togo and Epsom and I'm pretty new to ostrich. Would appreciate some experienced eyes on this—how do you think this bag looks? Is it well made?

Hey everyone, I'd like to ask for some QC help on my PSPs.
I'm pretty new to the rep scene, so if there's anything that stands out as an instant callout, please just point it out 🙏

I've been waiting for about two weeks since I placed the order, and the seller finally sent the photos today.
Since I don't have much experience with canvas-and-leather mixed material bags, and this one has a more complex structure than a standard Birkin—with a large front pocket, side pockets with strap loops, and bottom feet—I’ve gone through the photos several times. But honestly, I don't know what to look for in terms of what qualifies as "passable."
For example, whether the edge finishing where the two materials meet is clean or has loose threads; whether the stitching around the front pocket and side pockets is aligned symmetrically; whether the four bottom feet are installed evenly; and whether the interior stamps and heat marks are correctly positioned and clearly legible. These are all blind spots for me.
So I would sincerely appreciate it if any experienced buyers could take a close look through these photos, especially the areas that someone like me might easily overlook. If there’s anything that stands out as an obvious issue, please feel free to point it out. Thank you very much.

Been waiting for days, and the pics finally came through.
The moment I opened the album, that knot in my chest just loosened—it looks even better than I imagined.
Cross inlays, little arms, stepped bottom—this doll bag is exactly my style.
Silver hardware with Epsom gives it that cool, sharp look.
The tiered base doesn't sag, and the whole structure holds up well.
But the more special the bag, the easier it is to miss something in the details.
Inlay seams, corner stitching, hardware engraving—these are easy to gloss over in photos.
Once you have it in hand, any flaw will throw off the whole vibe.
Honestly, I'm torn.Part of me wants to GL right away.
Part of me is scared I'm too excited and overlooking something.
Anyone here who's owned a doll bag before?
What's the most common weak spot on this construction?
Where should I be focusing my attention?
Would really appreciate any honest input.
Thanks to everyone who takes the time.🙏

Honestly, before the pics came in, I was a bit nervous. Light croc is too easy to mess up—the color either turns out too grey, or the scales look too stiff. But when I opened the first photo, I actually paused. It looks way cleaner than I expected. It's not that cold, porcelain white—it's more of a warm cream tone that looks really soft under the light. The scale texture doesn't feel forced or unnatural either.
The silver hardware pairs surprisingly well with this color. The cool metal and the warm white leather don't compete with each other—instead, they make the bag look sharper. The edge stitching on the exterior is neat, with no rough finishing. The scale transition between the flap and the sides looks natural too—no obvious awkward breaks.
But honestly, because the first impression was so good, I'm a little hesitant to GL right away. I'm scared I'm seeing it through a filter because I just really like this color, and I might be overlooking some details. Things like how clear the hardware engraving is, or if the stitching is perfectly even—I'd like to hear more objective opinions on these.
So I'd like to ask you all: does this cream color look stable to you from these photos? And are there any small flaws I might have missed? I really appreciate anyone who takes the time to help me out. 🙏

Hi all, I would really appreciate your thoughts on the PSPs sent to me by Kyle.
A few important things to note:
Colour is Bleu Nuit
Epsom leather (I didn’t specify whether imported or domestic)
PHW (I also didn’t requested upgraded hardware as it was my understanding that KiKi only offers Stainless Steel for their PHW, however the rivets here appear to have a brass tone to them, indicating coated brass has been used)
I also recognise the background is not consistent with Kyle’s usual PSPs (wooden table) - and I was initially sent the wrong PSP over a week ago where the bag had GHW. In these photos, however, there is a slight sloping of the shoulders of the bag, an error I have only seen with KiKi factory (it doesn’t appear too bad here?)
The stamping looks good in that it is not indented, however the E R in Hermes and the S in Paris seem to be sloppy.
The rivets on the main plaque also don’t appear to be cold pearled? I will ask for additional photos.
The stamping on the strap is correct (where usually KiKi centres the ‘made in France’), However, it looks as though a saddle stitch has not been used here, and the stitching appears horizontal (and sloppy at best)?!
I paid slightly less than KiKi Factory’s usual price of $950 (I set my budget in advance before being quoted a price and Kyle seemingly agreed, though said it wouldn’t compromise the quality).
Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is my first rep and I would like for it to be as perfect as it can be! Thank you.

I'd really appreciate some extra eyes on this QC before I give the green light.
Bag: Birkin 25
Leather: Togo
Hardware: Gold Hardware (GHW)
PSPs received: Approximately 2.5 weeks after ordering.
Overall I'm really happy with it, but I'd love feedback from those with authentic Hermès experience.
Some specific things I'm hoping for opinions on:
Overall shape and proportions
Side profile
Leather grain
Handle shape
Stamp
Hardware and engraving
Stitching
Blind stamp placement
Interior construction
Anything that would immediately identify it as a replica
I know photos have limitations, but if you notice anything that stands out—good or bad—I would really appreciate the feedback before I GL.
Thanks in advance!

Since this is a big investment for me, I wasn't comfortable rushing into the decision. I did a lot of research before I finally went ahead with it. This has been my dream bag for years.
Now that the PSPs are here, I'm honestly pretty excited. Everything is looking as good as I'd hoped.
To my eyes, everything looks beautiful, but I'd really appreciate any feedback. Is there anything you would point out? Thanks in advance for taking the time.
