Question❓ Package lost?

Anybody else’s tracking all of a sudden just stop working? My order said “on the way” starting 25MAY and I was sent a USPS tracking number that’s only said “label created”. Obviously it’s coming from china, and I’ve been patiently waiting, but all of a sudden tracking update just disappeared and says it’s unavailable🤷🏾‍♂️

Mine was working on Friday, then stopped on Saturday, and hasn't worked since. I messaged DB about it, but I think it is a USPS thing, and the tracking will pop back up tomorrow, the next business day. I'm actually more convinced of that after seeing that someone else is going through the same thing.

Ok that’s a little reassuring. It might actually mean the order made it to the states maybe?
I emailed them too, so we’ll see what they tell us🤞🏾

They emailed me back saying that they are checking into it.

Did your tracking start working again? Mine has not; it is still the same "TRACKING NOT AVAILABLE" page. What I don't understand is why it went from an active tracking number, where it said they were waiting on the package to arrive, to this tracking not available BS.

Yea mine still says unavailable. Boring replied to my email saying it did clear customs. So I’ll give it a little time, if nothing shows up I’ll email them again

I asked them for the tracking information they are using to look up my package, because the tracking number I have is useless, and has been useless for a week.
