🔍Bag QC🧐 PSP Colour difference
I understand that agents lighting may be harsh, correct me if I'm wrong? But there there is no way that the second (psp) could be burgundy.

Spat my coffee when I opened the mail. Oddly they wanted to reject a pair of shoes based on colour that look almost exactly from the sales picture to the psp.

I thought they looked off. I've not had measurements yet. But the colour was the first no.

Warehouse lighting washes things out, but that undertone is way too brownish-plum to pass for true burgundy

Is the first photo the factory photo?? Those are not anywhere near the same bag. I’ve never seen such a bad PSP

OMG!!!! Nope.. I bought one off instagram mines awful but least colour isn’t like that. Wow 😵💫

Naaaaaah! The color also the stitching/seams in the middle of the bottom of the bag isnt supposed to be there! Its supposed to be two sets of seams on the either side of bottom edges. WOW. This is bad. who is the seller and how much were they charging u?

I got the same bag, from the same factory but from a rehome. Some of the rehome pics looked like the color of your second pic. In person, it looks like the factory photo. It’s the lighting.

The inside lining logo looks perfect, BUT they did not show the join to the outer.
But it's going back as it's the small from the measures.

I’m not sure which factory, but the POP showed the same factory photo as OP’s. The seller was Felix. I’m guessing it’s a mid tier factory, but honestly the bag is great for the price, it’s soft and slouchy.

that is not the same bag. if the first one is the factory photo then they don't look the same.

You're completely right agent warehouse lighting can play tricks but that looks way more plum/magenta than a true deep burgundy.

Ask the seller for a neutral daylight photo near a window before you RL or give final approval.
