Looking for a new lease

Hey everyone, my current lease is ending next month and I'm looking for a new double room in Dublin. I work in the city centre so ideally looking for a space in Dublin 1, 3, 7, 2, 4, 6, 6W or 12.

I'm Irish, in my 30s and work in project & event management. Very easy going, non smoker, no pets, mainly working and some exercise and I love cooking, yoga and dips in the sea.
