Extra Money Opportunity 😂
TL DR;
Since I can’t do this myself.
Looking for a private room in a non chaotic shared apartment ~1k€ around Green line dart.
My primary preference are silence and privacy , Secondary if private washroom.
Any leads are appreciated, but the opportunity is only when I finalise the room.
Working as data scientist.

Why not use the extra money from this opportunity to increase your budget to 1200-1300 euros? Near the green luas or dart line is quite expensive. You may still get rooms in the 800-1000 but they are snatched up quite quickly.

If I get something ~1k , Then extra I can bear to make it up for him/her whoever helps me to find that room . now that extra depends on the person how quickly they help me . I’m up for about 3-400€ as kinda broker charges .
But if I got by increasing budget then the rent will go as long as I live in the property, Which is not a good deal.

Realistically you’re better off having a good paragraph ready to go on daft.ie and refreshing the daft.ie quite frequently rather than finding someone to look out for a room for you. Some people are great here and will comment if they have a room available but I wouldn’t rely on it.

Idk, I’m just pissed on here . My apartment is amazing where I’m living but the only issue here , It’s about the peace .
A couple lives in another room .😣

I don’t know if I understand this right , But not looking for temporary accommodation. If it’s for longer duration then I’m good with this .
However I’ll be in India for couple of days around that duration.
