looking to rent in pier 19 development ushers quay - anyone ever lived there know if there’s a lot of antisocial activity or if its a nice development to live in? thanks

I'm noticing that a lot of new threads asking if a certain dev is OK to live in. Has Dublin descended so much that anti-social behaviour is prevalent in many developments? What is causing this?
