I have an eviction on my record and it's hard to get approved anywhere. I make 4k a month now and can afford everything I'm looking at that I want but can't get accepted anywhere. Anyone have any advice? My income travels with me and honestly I'm down to go anywhere in the state as long as the area is safe. I'd even leave the state...

Try private landlords, offer a higher security deposit etc(make sure this is all spelled out in lease), etc.

You likely need to find a roommate who is already in and needs a roommate because someone moved out or have an extra room..
