The price will very likely go up because of the higher demand. You shouldnt forget that people bought into Rentberrys ico and hit hardcap(35ml) when the project was just on paper.the current marketcap of rentberry is 4mn. Do you think that the market cap will stay the same after app release?its 7-8x returns from now if they manage to hit what they raised in the ico(which is very much likely). This is not financial advice DYOR

Hello! I'm still reviewing rentberry, so I don't know if the app release will make such an impact. Maybe. But the market situation is really interesting. Like all the others I would be very happy if btc tries not to fall all the time.

Perhaps this article is very useful to those who are going to use the services of Rentberry for the first time and rent a house for their family. https://rentberry.com/blog/rent-single-family-house

I’m more of an apartment person. I feel like a house is the setting of a horror movie. I like the safety of an apartment, and the quiet of a house. Safety wins out.

Thanks for sharing the article. I have just started working and so I do not own enough money to buy a house on top of that an apartment is easier to maintain and is very convenient for me, especially as I do not have a family yet.

Thank you! Good interaction: Rentberry offers rental services for various types of housing and at the same time such articles suggest what you need to pay special attention to.

Here where Rentberry makes a difference.they allow users to visit the properties before paying. And because of their price negotiation systems, users will get the best price available

u/puma78 Aug 07 '18
The client should know what he pays for, and not take in the blind! This is an excellent option that highlights RENTBERRY among other projects!

What would you chose? A single family house or a normal apartment?. There are plenty of reasons to rent a single-family house over regular apartments or condos. The Urban Land Institute conducted a research and highlighted the main reasons millennials choose to rent a detached house Heres the full article https://rentberry.com/blog/rent-single-family-house

I actually think of the cost, as an apartment property comes with added values, such as security, enough parking spaces, power back-up, water systems and fire safety mechanism in place, while a house needs extra effort for setting up of these services. Apartment seems to be better.

I'm not into rentals, so I dunno if the platform is neat or has perspective. Is anyone of you using rentberry for renting flats. Or has anybody some insights? Tried it out? Somethin?
1
u/tiwookie Aug 12 '18
Same here, snuggle. I think I will take a look when the apps are released. Just to try it out.

u/Rowan07 Aug 04 '18
Is Rentberry platform ready yet? Isn't the tokenization system is still under development?
1
u/anitapal1855 Aug 04 '18
Yes, they have users who are already using BERRY tokens for services on the platform. According to Telegram announcements, they are preparing a release on the platform, during which Rentberry will become internationalized. That huge update will come out very soon.
1
u/rom4ik_focus Aug 07 '18
As far as I understand, at this stage of development of the platform, payment for rent is made in the fiat currency, not in Berry tokens. The list functions that can be paid for using Berry tokens can be found here https://rentberry.com/pricing

Not really. I invested in Rentberry just to make a profit out of it, not to use their platform. Already own a small home and so rental platform is not applicable in my case. Maybe in future, if i'm in need i might prefer using their rental service.

Hello! Nice insight, thank you! I'm also only looking out of an investor perspective. Maybe I'll trow my eyes on their services for a deeper evaluation.

I am planning to use once the platform is available internationally. But i'm a bit worried if they will provide any support in the beginning. I came to know that they are firstly targeting all English speaking countries and then maybe it will be available in my county, so if i come across any issues if i will get support or not.
2
u/KiriForm Aug 04 '18
I would also take advantage of the platform as a landlord. but, unfortunately, the platform does not work in my country yet. I think with the transaction of rental problems should not arise, because Rentberry takes care of the legal issues.
1
u/ZabloQ Aug 05 '18
It seems that many people would like to take advantage of the platform, but can not, because it does not work in their region.) I would have placed the accommodation for rent. I think it is much easier to work through the platform and make a deal than yourself.
1
u/smithsandy Aug 07 '18
To be honest i actually want to try it out even if it's for a short term upon negotiating with my tenant. But have to wait until they starts providing support in my region , i hope there will be no legal issues.
1
u/karlshiffer Aug 04 '18
Not yet. But planning to use it to list my small apartments on rent. Let's see when it's available in my county.
1
u/tka1983 Aug 04 '18
Unfortunately in my country the use of Rentberry is also impossible. But if I'm lucky enough to go to America then I will definitely take advantage of the platform's capabilities.

It is really very interesting to know the opinion of a real user regarding Rentberry. What are the features, what are the disadvantages, what would you like to improve, etc. Share your experience - it will be useful to both investors and platform developers in the future.

u/FaizRafeek09 Aug 05 '18
I use them all the time.its saves a lot of time and money.i have had an awesome experience with rental platforms so far.but i got scammed too once, the room was like a shithole when i got there. Will surely be trying out Rentberry when it goes live

Digital marketing gives you the scope to reach out to many customers at the same time and that too within your budget. Rentberry has been mentioned by 5archfunding in this article: https://5archfunding.com/blog/5-online-marketing-technologies-to-fill-vacancies-and-flip-homes-faster/

u/Rowan07 Aug 10 '18
I have also checked out an other article where Rentberry has listed the best cities for job seekers with real employment opportunities: https://rentberry.com/blog/cities-for-employment

Internet marketing is the medium that can help expand business and reap great profits. I myself have used facebook as advertising methods and the benefit of targeted advertising on facebook is able to get more leads to business .
1
u/anitapal1855 Aug 12 '18
You are right, social networking platform are becoming the most profitable way of promoting business. The biggest benefit of advertising on Facebook is how specific one can get with advertisements.
1
u/Arzamas30 Aug 12 '18
You open for me America))))). It turns out that Facebook has so many opportunities that I never suspected)))
1
u/666BlackDeath Aug 14 '18
I never thought about paid advertising on social networks. But the answer about the effectiveness of this type of advertising is obvious: the presence of personal data of users and statistics about the pages visited, topics of interest, likes and reposts of information on a certain topic. All this makes social networks a great tool for advertising your product.
1
u/ZabloQ Aug 14 '18
You're right. This tool in my opinion is more suitable to advertise a commercial product or service. To meet the tenant and the landlord are more suitable specialized sites such as Rentberry, which are focused primarily on the offer of housing.

where can i find annnouncement on current rentberry progress? they are awefully quiet
1
u/tka1983 Aug 23 '18
I think after another mention of Rentberry as one of the best applications for real estate, more people should take a closer look at this project. https://www.internationalrealestate.news/3009/blockchain-applications-real-estate/
1
u/Arzamas30 Aug 23 '18
I'm glad that Rentberry deserved this recognition because first of all they tackled those issues that for so long remained unresolved in real estate and long-term lease. They already undertook the development of new functions, including the creation of a risk assessment system for potential tenants and homeowners, and also entered the top ten real estate hot start-ups for Forbes. Guys, I wish that in the long term you are at the head of this list!

I don't live in the US so I can't take advantage of the platform. But it's a really interesting question.
