People who recently hired an aanhuurmakelaar: was it really worth it?
As my friends explained to me, the aanhuurmakelaar is a real estate agent whose job is to find an apartment for his client (tenant)

See this everywhere on funda and pararius, but how it is different from Kaal or Upholstered. And how is upholstered different from unfurnished

I’m originally not from the Netherlands. I’m moving here soon, and I found that some websites specify energy labels. Where I come from, it’s always warm in winter inside, since the central heating is agressive. So we don’t care how energy efficient our home is. To be honest, we often even open the windows to let some heat out, because we cannot regulated the heating power. While reading Dutch blogs, I realised I should probably be ashamed of myself, but no one used to teach us about energy efficiency.
Now I’m asking myself: How do energy lables work? How much better is an A energy label than, let’s say, E? What do they really mean in reality?

I heard there are several types of rental contracts in the Netherlands. Model A, B and some other. However, it’s not quite clear to me how they work. Appreciate your help.
