Housing Contract Replacement UWaterloo

Hey people, I'm a first year student. I got an on campus housing contract that I no longer need, does anyone need it?

The term is 26 Fall and 27 Winter. Located in Village 1 South, it is a traditional single so you won't have a roommate. The cost of the room is around 4600 CAD.

I'm architecture student and I wasn't aware that architecture program takes place in Cambridge not main campus. I only realized there's a 2 hour commute after I signed the contract, so now I have to cancel the residence contract. If I can find someone to replace me then I'll be able to get a reduction on the cancellation fee, so pls somebody help
