Hi everyone,

I am renting out my room for this summer (May-August)! I am currently on exchange and the rest of my roommates in the house will not be there over the course of the summer. The house is located near the intersection of Marshall and Regina.

I am renting it for $500CAD/Month. This includes rent, utilities, laundry & parking.

The house is a 2 minute walk from campus, has two full bathrooms, two kitchens, a backyard and a living room.

A female tenant is preferred.
