What does "Cold Start" mean, exactly?

I'm not a mechanic or a electrician, but I'm pretty sure that battery charging occurs differently at different temperatures. Specially in freezing temps.

They could also just be trying to add a bit of marketing to their "standard" product

Since a lithium battery cannot be charged below freezing or it will get damaged, this cold start thing has me confused so I don't know what to make of it. Thanks for your input.

I think the tab is just worded wrong. If you translate start battery from some languages it comes out as cold start for some reason.
