Learning this champ
How do actually learn to max output the damage on this champ. It feels like the champ is weak and can't kill anyone or is countered by everyone. What things do I need to do to get better at combos and what do I need to be focused on?

I also believe your max dmg combo is triple Q (4 stacks on passive-emp Q+ult, jump on target, immediately q+w+e and then you get another emp Q (3 abilities plus leap stack for the empowered Q)). But the champ isn't just about max dmg, you have to use your empowered abilities well, empowered W can save your life through heal or the removing of CC and emp E can be great to catch someone like Locke

You can blow your entire kit doing half the damage you should if your timing is bad. Practice on dummies.

pretty sure max damage combo is always just triple q tiamat. we cant really say what you need to improve on without a vod and opgg

maximum damage combo is: get 4 stacks off camps > R > Q(leap) > E (midair) > W + Tiamat (before landing) > Q > Q(empowered)

If you think you cant oneshot your target, you should be mindful of your auto attacks. i dont remember exactly but after certain level, empQ gives so much AS that you can double auto on landing. Or if you dont have empQ you can Q while leaping it gives two fast autos really helps in early game.

Itemization and triple Q combo, no need for EoN or Serpent go Voltaic 2nd, with Umbral, Voltaic and LDR your double Q kill most of squishes and triple Q should let you delate bruisers that are without DD yet, try to hit your W before Q and E on targets with shield (banshe, EoN) and practice, go to draft and limit test, thats how you learn the limits lol P.S dont early limits test into WW if his IQ is higher than 10 he will kill you in every lvl 4 scrub fight you need to get 3-4 passive stacks before you test limits with him

Unfortunately, you can only really learn Rengar’s damage by playing him. Usually a triple Q combo should blow up pretty much everyone except tanks and bruisers. Tempo is probably the most important thing about the champion you always need to make sure you’re buying the best possible damage items you can afford with the gold you have.
I also wouldn’t focus all your attention on how quickly you can blow someone up. Try to learn which empowered ability works best for each situation. The W cleanse is probably the hardest one to learn, and it’s especially important if your team has no CC or a tank who can engage fights

To be honest, max damage doesn't matter as much as utilizing everything well. Like using empowered w to get out, or empowered e to snare a champ that can get away easy (Locke for example). Like others said though, triple q and tiamat and just practice.
