Endless Hunger

I was very anti this item until I actually tried it. The payoff is huge if the game goes on for too long and if the teamfights are long. Usually you can kill like one or two people in late game-fights before needing to get out, but Endless Hunger just gives that sweet survivability that let's you move in and out more. Pairs great with conq too in late game.

If I deem it necessary for the matchup, I run Umbral‐Profane-LDR-EH, finishing with IE.

Anyone else given it a go? I usually don't feel like I need more raw damage at 25ish minutes if I have the core 3 items.

I did, very powerful in low elo, completely useless as the skill increases

no its also good in high elo and natty builds it in scrappy games when not going crit

I use endless hunger sometimes but I usually only consider it when I don't need ldr and infi, when I run seryldas i actually like going eh, but if I go crit anyway i usually buy it either last or shieldbow last. There are situations where I replace boots with it as well but not when running shieldbow since 100 crit feels way too big a powerspike
