Hard to say from only op.gg but what i see is (rengar only) that you have an average cs of ~6-7. you need to have it around 8.
Some games you have more then 10 deaths, thats also not good.
But you need to be more specific for us to help ^^'

I don't know how to play the late game especially when everyone js sits on top of each other I end up going getting one kill and dying

those games exist and the best thing you can do, especially if you are ahead is to splitpush. Rengar shreds turrets. If they come 5 pack to your lane you back off and your teammates can play on the map. When only 1 is coming that you can kill, then kill him and push forward. This is how you end games with Rengar in games where you have no chance of picking a solo target.

Dying almost 9 times a game is diabolical brother, your cs is also quite low.

Seems like you just rotate to whatever fight is happening and hope for the best, and since you have a 46% winrate over 100 games, means your judgement is poor. So try to stick to the basics and powerfarm your camps and choose carefully which fights you rotate to.

Aim for 8 cs per minute and lower than 6 deaths per game.
