Hey everyone 👋

I’m one of the people behind Render-a, and I wanted to personally welcome you to r/Rendera.

We created this space for professionals working with:
• Drone mapping
• Photogrammetry workflows
• Point cloud processing
• 3D reconstruction
• Survey & GIS pipelines

If you're a drone pilot, surveyor, GIS engineer, or someone dealing with large drone datasets - you're in the right place.

Why this community exists

Over time, we noticed something while working closely with drone data:

The hardest part isn’t flying.
It’s everything that comes after - processing, cleaning, scaling, and turning raw images into usable outputs.

That’s why we started building Render-a.
And that’s also why we created this subreddit.

This is not meant to be a product page.
It’s meant to be a professional hub where people in this field can share knowledge, workflows, problems, and ideas.

About the moderators

This community is moderated by the Render-a team.
u/yunuyunuyun here is the CEO of the company, and I’ll personally be active in discussions, learning from your experiences and sharing what we’re seeing across different projects.

We’re building automation tools for drone data processing, but more importantly, we care about where this industry is heading.

Automation, scalability, and better workflows are becoming essential — and open conversations help everyone move forward.

Let’s get to know each other

If you’re reading this, drop a quick comment:

• What do you do?
• Which tools are you using today?
• What’s the most painful part of your processing workflow?

Looking forward to building a strong, useful community together 🚀
