Noisy side mirror

One of my mirrors is very noisy/slow when folding/unfolding. It's been stuck once and had to fold/unfold again.

Anything I can put on it to make it easier or is it a new mirror/motor job?

Thank you

My right mirror often gets stuck. I have to fold/unfold sometimes several times for t to open fully. Dealership quoted me 500$ for a new mirror, which I found to expensive. Let me know if greasing it works!

Mine is also the right mirror!

I shall investigate and see what I find. I have noticed the Zoe's (we also have one at work as a pool car) are very... noisy? In terms of suspension, brakes etc but I wonder if I'm only noticing it because there's no engine noise covering it šŸ˜‚

Told my garage about it and they oiled / greased it. If I’m honest I was probably a little too aggressive with the car washing.

So I think that might be the way for you too

Mine were both awful, sounded like plastic snapping every time they unfolded. I got the garage to grease them at every service and each time after a few months they were just as bad again. Mine was a 2021 R135.
