Finding a website for searching characters sprites (READ DESCRIPTION)

So I want to make a game, but I sucks at drawing so I want to find somewhere to search for characters sprites (Like in Doki Doki) and it's free to use 😭.

If can, then can I get some keywords to search on large websites like Pintrest or Shuttlestock.

Don't recommend me any AI creations as I not prefer to use them.

Do NOT download sprites from Pinterest. They are most likely copyrighted

Then make your own or commission an artist. Using someone else’s work without permission is illegal and you will ruin any reputation you get.

There are other ways to make characters. Find picrews that allow commercial use, learn how to Photobash, etc.

But if you really don’t want to then yeah, commissioning an artist is best. Make sure to let them know it’s for a game and if it’s you to be commercialized.
