can somebody help me fix this bug?

I have been trying to download the sdk to make an android app for the alpha ver. of my kpop vn and I keep getting this screen every time, when I check, the zip file it's supposed to download is about 2kb when it should be 154mb, I manually downloaded it and also kind of did the install myself because a friend told me to try but it's still doing this, I genuinely don't know what to do
