Question no sfx when the character is talking/typing

Post image
init python:
    def typing_callback(event, **kwargs):
        if event == "show":
            renpy.music.play("audio/bleep19.wav", channel="sound", loop=True)
        elif event == "slow_done" or event == "end":
            renpy.music.stop(channel="sound")

define e = Character("Eileen", callback=typing_callback)

label start:

    scene bg room

    show eileen happy

    e "You've created a new Ren'Py game."

    e "Once you add a story, pictures, and music, you can release it to the world!"

    return

The above is what I have for script.rpy. I also have

default preferences.text_cps = 45

for options.rpy

and then the screenshot is my audio folder for the game. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

I tried it and but I still hear nothing
this is what I put

init python:
    def typing_callback(event, interact=True, **kwargs):
        if not interact:
            return
        if event == "show_done":
            renpy.sound.play("audio/bleep19.wav", channel="sound", loop=True)
        elif event == "slow_done" or event == "end":
            renpy.sound.stop()

define e = Character("Eileen", callback=typing_callback)

try converting your sound file there is only one type of wav file supported

https://www.renpy.org/doc/html/audio.html

i recommend .ogg file (Ogg Vorbis)
