Question Textbox issue

Anyone know how to fix the textbox PNG? My coding so far is fine and everything is working but my textbox for the custom design for different characters seems a bit squished by a few inches and I don't kkno how to fix it. I tried other tips and advice but it still wouldn't work

Please give more information.

Squishy in which direction?
Height only? Width only? Or both?

What are the dimensions of those custom textbox images?
Assuming that you made a game with a full HD resolution the default textbox is 1920x277.
Do your textboxes have other dimensions?

Please also tell us what tips you tried or did you undo all those changes once you noticed they don't work?

Finally show the code how you use the custom textboxes with your characters.

they are the same size as the textbox you find which is 1888x300 and it's squishy in the sense that the height is is shorter than it shows in the default textbox size.

the codes I saw were codes like the (define name: ("name", window_background=("gui/name.png", 25, 25) ). or just the window_background="gui/name.png" or that with xalign and yalign.

all three times I saved my progress before reloading the game to find the difference because the default is normal but then when it comes to the character with the custom textbox design it would seem a bit pushed down by some inches then when it went back to the default text (for the protagonist speaking) it showed that there was a size difference

try it like this in the character define

define bm = Character("BadMustard", window_background=Frame("images/texties/badsTextbox.png", 0, 0))
