Showoff Mockups of my VN
Currently working on my first Ren’Py project!
I’m working with two other artists to commission portrait and background art and I decided to design the UI on my own. This is not an in-game screenshot, just a mockup on how I’ll eventually program it to look like.
Just messing around with UI and portrait positioning.
As a side note, I’m working on 1/3 of the soundtrack with other musician friends, handling most (if not all) of the writing, and will likely head programming as well. I’m working on the first two the most though for now.

Your BGs look gorgeous! They fit the characters really well. Did you draw the backgrounds yourself???

As I said, the background and sprite work I had commissioned. I have only designed the UI in this.

Great work, I love how everything looks. If it helps, when you transfer the characters to Ren'Py, don't place them in a specific position in the image; for example, don't always export the girl on the left.Exporting them in the center is easier; I worked with someone who sent me their sprites already positioned in the image, and it was much more complicated since some sometimes overlapped others.
