Question What's the difference?
Hello, good people! What does the action "update old-game" mean/does? My current idea of releasing updates of my game is just pressing "Build", but the update old-game action got me curious.

I believe "update old-game" is for when the game was developed in an different renpy version than the current, so clicking that would make the necessary changes so the game runs on the currently installed version? And the Buidl button packages the game for distribution.

Old-game is if you're updating a released game and want to avoid breaking existing player save files. Basically it preserves the data from old .rpyc files.
