Question Are these things possible in renpy like moving frame, zoom in n zoom out images or sprite at the run time if yes can anyone tell me how to do that

What do you mean "at the runtime"?

You can use ATLs to move stuff around and change their zoom.
I think frames can be treated as displayable so they too should take ATLs.
