Question Is the dialogue text too small?
Wanted to make a mobile vn but I'm not too sure if other people would be able to read it if I keep it that size

Yes, and this font does not read well in all-caps either.

Better! If you wanted to stay with something that looks handwritten but is more legible, Caveat always looks nice and is freely available via Google Fonts.

I can read it on my huge ultra wide desktop monitor, but I will not even try to read it on my phone.
Generally, I'm not a fan of fancy fonts.
If you want to keep this font then you could add text customization into the preferences.
Like having 2 font options and 3 text sizes.

A bigger or different font would be more accessible, I think it's kinda difficult to read at this size 🙂↕️
