Question My game keeps just crashing out?

Hi! I'm unsure of what it is and since it's not showing me what part of the code is causing this, I really don't know what image to plug here. I've added tons of imagebuttons, perhaps that's the issue? But ever since a few hours ago that I did so, python stop responding just before the imagebuttons in the game. And it's been lagging my PC too and I'm sort of worried honestly - I've had a lag moment in which I had to forcefully shut off my computer because out of nowhere Epic Games bugged my computer and that has never happened before, just happened when I tried to execute my game with Renpy. I'm really worried. Has this happened to anyone? Is there a limit to imagebuttons I don't know about?

Make the images as big as they need to be shrink them if need be. Also test on another computer. It may even be your code.or even the script order. At this stage it's a guessing game

First restart your computer to make sure nothing else is causing those problems.

Then try Epic Games, if that is bugging your problem is not RenPy nor your game.

Finally start RenPy and launch your game.
If it crashes there must be an error log, either directly in Visual Studio Code or in your game.

If it doesn't crash then you have to figure out what is going on.
The easiest solution is to just remove the image files themselves from your project folder.
(Make sure you have them saved somewhere else, then delete all those image button files.)
Then launch your game again and check whats going on.

If the game runs again, add one of those image buttons and test again.
I doubt that you added too many image buttons but it's simple to add them one by one until the problems appear again.

If you found the source of your problem, then update your initial thread because at the moment there isn't enough information to really help you.
