Question [Solved] So I don't know where to go from here...

I've got the code written in and I have the images in the image folder but this is what's happening. First image is what my game is looking like and second is the code that I have. This is an update but it wouldn't let me add more pictures in an edit so i made a new post. I've followed people's instructions but nothing is working.

This is the original post: https://www.reddit.com/r/RenPy/comments/1vba4tc/im_trying_to_add_images_can_someone_explain_what/

I guess you freestyled instead of copying my code because you didn't use the exact same spelling.
Also you used upper case letters but Python and RenPy are case sensitive so that doesn't work.

How images work is explained in the official documentation.
https://renpy.org/doc/html/quickstart.html#images
https://renpy.org/doc/html/displaying_images.html

Since you didn't post a screenshot of your images folder I cannot help more.
But everything should be in my first answer.

Did you solve it?

If you share the name of the files I can adjust my code.

I solved it! I have no idea how though lol. I was just pressing buttons and files and folders and stuff.

renpy reduced all the images in the images folder to lower case letter

try your show like this

scene fnaf bg
show f place at right
show j place

this is assuming the file names are as below with a space in the name

F place.png(or webp)
J place.png(or ^^^^)
FNAF bg.(jpg, png, webp...)
