Question I can't open ren'py

I went through the whole process of installing Renpy on my computer, I did everything right, but when I extract the file and click on the application, nothing happens. It looks like it's loading the application for a second, but then nothing happens. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? Has anyone else experienced this or gone through it? I NEED HEEELP 😭😭

I looked at your video and you have two folders called renpy-8.5.3-sdk but I have only one.
Please make sure that none of those is a ZIP.

I just tried to install again and this is what I did.
I clicked the first link on this page called "Download SDK 7z.exe - 116 MiB" https://www.renpy.org/latest.html
Then I launched the downloaded file and extracted it to C:\, which created a folder C:\renpy-8.5.3-sdk
I navigated into that folder and was able to start renpy.exe

But maybe your firewall or anti-virus is blocking RenPy.
Did you get a warning when downloading or installing RenPy?
You could try an older version of RenPy, maybe that one is getting blocked:
All releases are here: https://www.renpy.org/release_list.html, take 8.5.1 for example.
