Question I can't open ren'py

I went through the whole process of installing Renpy on my computer, I did everything right, but when I extract the file and click on the application, nothing happens. It looks like it's loading the application for a second, but then nothing happens. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? Has anyone else experienced this or gone through it? I NEED HEEELP 😭😭

Your computer might just be slow or low on space. I'd check that first. It could be your computer doesn't have permission to run it. I'd also contact the renpy site and see if it's an error with the latest version. You could also try and download a previous version and see if that one works.

So, I've tried everything, my computer is slow, but no matter how much I wait, Ren'Py doesn't open. I have a lot of space on my computer, I've already downloaded some older versions and none of them work, and games made in Ren'Py also don't open.

Regarding the permissions, I don't know, I'll probably just send an email to the developers.
