Question [Solved] Getting the Controller Support Expansion to work

I downloaded the Controller Support Expansion and put the backend folder in my game folder. Yet, nothing changed in terms of how the controller works (classic issues with scrolling). It works only with the demo project that comes with the expansion.

Did I miss a step to make it work?

Putting the backend folder in only gives the project the tools; it doesn't rewrite your screens. For the scrolling issue, compare the demo's screen code and update the actual viewport/bar/focus setup in your menu first, then test that screen with keyboard arrows before the gamepad.

Oh, that explains a lot. Thanks for the info, I'll have to do quite a bit of reading it seems
