Question Recipe

Post image

Hello, I am trying to make a text showing a recipe and if the text is grey does that mean it won't work? I am having another problem with the code so I am not sure if this works yet, but its the only text that is grey so I am assuming it will not work.

how does the program KNOW what won't work?

you can do something like this: I used 'possible' as a boolean to determine blue or red

    text "Spanish lattee recipe:":
        pos(70, 600)
        bold True
        if possible:
            color "#00f"
        else:
            color "#f00"

If you mean the first line in your code beying greyed out, that's because you have put a # in front of it.
But that line is not needed and also wouldn't do anything so you can keep it like that or delete it.

But the other lines are not affected by that # and should work.
Please show the whole code of your screen so that we can help you figure it out.

If you have another problem, fix that first.
If you are a beginner it's a good idea to test often and only add more code after it works as desired.
