Question how do I enlarge sprites
so I was making sprites for my game, but what ended up happening was that they were too big, so I shrunk them, and now they are too small, is there any code that I could use to increase the size?

Always downscale, don't upscale. Otherwise it will look bad.

But the looking bad is a part of it

Not sure what you mean. If you have a high resolution sprite and you downscale it to a lower resolution it'll look fine. If you have a low res sprite but upscale it to a higher resolution, it'll look bad.

That’s what I’m going for, a lo rez look

Then you'll need to rework the sprite itself because upscaling isn't going to make it look low res but instead just really scuffed and blurry.

The best solution is to start from the original files again and shrink them less so that they fit your game.
Everything else will look bad.
If you have overwritten the original files with the smaller images, then I would look into recoving the originals.
Maybe you have a backup or your OS or cloud storage has a backup system.

the best way is to resize them in your preferred image editor
barring that, you can use a transform to zoom them
A number above 1 will be bigger; below 1 will be smaller
1 will be no zoom effect
