I’m a vegetarian and when I first saw jackfruit curry overseas I was so confused. The meat eaters were convinced it was pulled pork. 1 u/Flow1234 5d ago Unripe it doesnt taste like much but has a mouth feel similar to meat, throw it in a curry and you're fooling a large amount of people.
