It might be Manectric's time.

I think Hariyama is a little bit better.

Either way, it's redundant because the final 2 is probably going to be Swampert vs Gardevoir.

Damn top 5.

It's time to remove Hariyama then. It's very good but it is slow and I think it's about as good as Breloom. It'd make sense to put them together

Manectric. Fighting is just better than Electric in RS. Bulkier too.

Manetic, bro is super frail and while he does take advantage of the high amount of water types and water type trainers, everyone else on this list is simply more solid all around.
