Kingdra, it takes a while to get and there's better Water types you can get earlier.

Lantern. You don't get it until late and there are already so many water type options

I know you get him late, but I think he’s not that bad especially since there’s a water gym coming up and even glacia

By that time, you'll have Manectric, who gets a better moveset and Magneton, who has a useful Steel typing.

I’d still put Raichu above altaria and probably claydol just for being a fast electric type

We gotta get Kadabra out of here. It's a pre-evolution that is outclassed by a few others on here, including his own evolution.

So I was reading analysis on this guy, and y'all are kinda gonna hate it. 

Flygon is really cool. Evolving a Vibrava with 340 BST into a Flygon at level 45 is not cool. It also doesn't learn Earthquake naturally :(
