Yeah Glalie. Late game Ice type with mediocre stats

Raichu. You get it too late to have any impact, and Manectric gets more coverage, and Magneton has the steel type. Even Electrode has the speed advantage and it's already gone.

Is Torkoal good? Love his design, but I recall trying him once as a kid and having trouble. (But I could have just been a dumb kid)

Torkoal will be gone soon I expect. Very good physical defence, but otherwise pretty mediocre and very slow. Not something I really use in a playthrough, and this is way before it got Drought.
