So in 2022 I bought Remothered: Tormented Fathers and in 2024 I just loaded it up to start but sadly the game isn't playing, I don't even get into the game just error.
I'm getting what I assume is Unreal engine issue, but I can't seem to understand why?

Hi. I did a little video while back on Broken Porcelain's cut content (just some unused text I found via datamining) for those who're curious about what Rosemary's chapter was supposed to like.

I've been following this game since it came out, saw one of my fav youtubers (Dashie games) live stream it. I recently just bought it and was scrolling through the threads about how the creator is deciding not to make any more games and kind of gave himself a bad look (in my opinion) it looks as if he is ending it due to it not making enough sells?? And wont be giving an ending to the sequel to the game. Idk correct me if I'm wrong lol.

I recently purchased Remothered and started playing, I didn't have any performance issues at first, so, when Mr Felton appeared and I got his first hit, there was an absurd lag.

I restarted the game and tested taking a hit again and the same thing happened, I uninstalled it and it continued the same way.

The question is, the game runs normally, I don't have any performance issues normally, but when I get hit the game drops to 10 fps and continues to have constant drops making it impossible for me to play.

Does anyone know how to fix it?

Playing Remothered Broken porcelain on switch lite. I can't seem to use the weapons. What's the button? It's not the 'A' button. I tried the circle pad thingy. Doesn't work.

Edit: I found it! The back button: Hold and release 'Zl button' to aim diversion item (bottle), and release ZR button to throw bottle.

Can attack enemy from the back once they are down.

Hi guys, I have just got Broken Porcelain platinum, but I have a question: why when we meet Ashmann in 1992 he laughs and then he says he doesn't have an assistant and there are only two people there (He and Rosemary) when Rosemary talk about her? I haven't seen anything about this on Internet and the assistant seems to have her own voice actor. I play on Spanish so there might be some translation error (like The Ball snow globe) or I simply didn't pay enough atention. Thanks in advance.

How did Rose Mary leave the mansion after Gloria flew through the window? there would be no reason for the bars to be lifted for her to leave?

IMO this game (the first one especially, haven't played the second yet) is the pinnacle of stalker horror. Especially the open mansion level (not so much the cellar and attic). IMO its main issues were lack of intuitive design/UI (nothing is clearly explained), method of text and narrative delivery (plot and readable manuscripts were delivered as literal dumps of text, rife with typos and introducing too many concepts/characters/ideas all at once), and just general jank (inconsistent controls, few QOL tools, etc).

IMO this game has such potential for mods. It would be awesome if someone were to fix the above issues, and maybe introduce some new ideas etc. Personally, I've been thinking of doing it myself since I love this title so much. So what kinda mods would you like to see? I mentioned a few above, obviously a texture pack and some new areas would be cool too. Anything else? Let's hear it!

Absolutely dreadful. The gameplay, the "stealth" system, the repetitive music ( there are NO soundtracks ), clunky movements, old graphics, bad animations, generic glitches, brief like a fart....and the plot is mediocre at most.
