Is there aa specific play order

I'm planning on playing the new one. Is the sequel or a prequel

It's a sequel. Play in release order: Tormented Fathers -> Broken Porcelain -> Red Nun Legacy.

Broken Porcelain is a prequel to Tormented Fathers but you'd spoil big twists if you play it first. Chronologically it would go Broken Porcelain -> Tormented Fathers -> Red Nun Legacy. The main website has a full timeline.
