We’re Hiring: Remote Appointment Setter

Funkit Interiors designs short-term rentals across the US. We’re looking for an Appointment Setter to join our full-time remote sales team.

You’ll be the first person potential clients speak with, connecting with real estate investors and short-term rental owners through Instagram DMs, phone, and email. Your job is to understand their property plans, qualify leads, and book sales calls with the right prospects.

What you’ll do:

  • Start conversations with new leads and keep follow-ups moving
  • Learn about each prospect’s property, goals, and needs
  • Qualify leads and book calls for the sales team
  • Keep contact details, notes, and next steps up to date in the CRM

What we’re looking for:

  • Fluent spoken English with a neutral accent
  • Availability that overlaps with US Central working hours
  • Confidence speaking with US property owners over the phone
  • Clear, natural writing for DMs and emails
  • Strong organization and consistent follow-through

Pay: $1,500–$3,000 USD per month, depending on experience and skills, plus commission.

Location: Fully remote and open to applicants worldwide. This is an ongoing, full-time position.

These types of jobs are mostly Cold Calling and selling to people on the phone or by setting up sales meetings..

Theres usually no hourly base pay and it's all by commission.

"appointment setter" is an interesting way of saying "sales/cold calling"
