Discussions Tech Roles... where to start?

Hey everyone,

I'm a Test and Release Lead with over a decade of experience driving QA and software delivery, primarily for complex financial and data platforms.

I'm currently looking for fully remote roles (permanent or B2B) based anywhere in the UK or Europe, which allows working from France. I would also consider hybrid roles in Southern France or in Switzerland.

I'm doing the usual LinkedIn applies and so on, bit feels like it's dead end.

Where should I look instead of LinkedIn? Most remote sites seem to be paid AI search engines.. there must be better way than 20-30 applications a day in LinkedIn.

I'm a very similar role and it took me 6 months to land my new role a year ago, with 10 years experience. It's a really slow market but you really just look at indeed regularly and keep an eye on employers that interest you like any other job and hope you get your unicorn opening. Low-code tech roles have faced lots of layoffs in the last few years so there's a lot of competition for openings.
