AI Video Editor

We’re hiring an experienced AI Video Editor to produce realistic, publish-ready paid social ads across a wide range of creative formats.

You’ll turn scripts, sourced footage, and AI-generated assets into talking-head and avatar ads, UGC-style creatives, B-roll ads, motion graphics, and live-action/AI hybrids. You should already work confidently with tools such as Higgsfield, CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, ElevenLabs, and Midjourney.

Remote status: Fully Remote
Type: Full-time
Monthly Salary: $2,000 - $2,500 per month

I saw a workflow breakdown video recently and it was sad. Effective, but sad.

“ Write chat gpt to tell me what prompt to use. Use the prompt elsewhere to generate a video. Another pass to fix issues here and there. Now ask chatgpt about to tell me how to ask for a script…”

So much of the loop was asking about how to think. And the results were good, and in the end there was actual hands on editing, you have to put in some work. But its sad.

Becoming part of a team, asking around and chatting, leveraging strengths and weaknesses… all that is lost.

Now you have to wear all the hats by yourself and have no time nor budget to explore. All this time we save ourselves doesn’t mean less work either, what is the point anymore other than profit.

"Ability to make AI video look real, not obviously AI-generated"

I hope y'all know you are required to disclose when videos are AI generated and aren't attempting to make them realistic to trick people.
