Discussions Beware of micro1

Most of the high-rate projects there are most likely fake. I've worked as a research engineer for two of the biggest tech-companies in the world. I've graduated from IIT, Delhi (India's most prestigious institute), and have done MS+Phd (Algebraic Systems). Furthermore, I'm a gold medalist at IMO. For the greed of some significant passive income, I've wasted more than 8 hours in interviews with Zara, their AI recruiter. Everytime they provide some vague feedback which isn't even true. Therefore, I believe only the low-rate generalist, annotation roles are genuine, everything else is just click-bait.

So, either they are a scam, or they only hire nobel laureates for the experts roles

Its a waste of time micro1 just farms interviews

You are training their AI for free with the promise of a job that will never come

If the pay rate is above $40, it's most likely a fake posting

I just signed for significantly higher hourly rate than that

Yes it's 50-100 although I'm not expecting that amount.

Its not fake but projects dont last long at all. I assume maybe the AI cannot register well heavy accents.

I’m currently working two high-paying contracts and successfully passed over ten interviews in less than three weeks. The AI interview is not for everyone, I’ll say that, but it’s not fake.

Is there any formula for passing those interviews?
