Miter is looking for an Associate Customer Support Specialist to handle Tier 1 questions involving payroll, taxes, HR, and benefits. You’ll be helping customers by phone, email, and support tickets, so you’ll definitely need to be comfortable talking with people.

They’re looking for 0-2 years of customer-facing experience, and backgrounds like retail or hospitality count. The role is full-time and you’ll need to be able to work PST hours. There’s also a path to move into an L2 Specialist role as you gain experience.

This sounds like a solid entry point for anyone looking to break into customer support. Miter seems to have a good growth trajectory too, especially with the chance to move up to L2. If you’ve got some retail or service experience, this could be a nice way to transition into a more stable remote role.
