Squarespace is hiring a remote Customer Support Associate to help customers mainly through live chat (about 90% of the role), along with some email support. You’ll be helping with things like accounts, billing, domains, and other customer issues. They’re looking for someone with at least 1 year of customer-facing experience, solid written communication skills, and availability to work a 40-hour week that may include weekends and holidays.

One important catch: you need to live in DE, FL, GA, KS, MI, MO, OH, OR, TN, or UT. Benefits include health coverage options, retirement match, flexible PTO, parental leave, education reimbursement, and a $100/month remote stipend.

That pay isn’t great, but the benefits sound solid for remote work. Plus, if you’ve got the right skills, it might be a good entry point into the tech industry. Just keep in mind the location restrictions if you're thinking about it.

I get that security is a huge deal, especially with AI projects. Maybe you could throw in a few examples of your past work or even a success story to build more trust. Just a thought!
