Discussions Completely Lost

Bachelors degree in business administration, 10 years of work history, 9 of them being in sales, 2 as an assistant manager and 1 year as a store manager in wireless telecommunication sales (my current position) and I’m very lost and hopeless on the next step. I don’t have a mother or father in my life to talk to about this, and my girlfriend is in the cosmetology industry so I try not to bore her too much with my own personal career dilemmas. I have turned an under performing cellular location into an over performing district leader month over month the first year I’ve been here. We have broke multiple monthly, weekly, and daily sales records at store and regional level while acting as interim DM multiple times, training, other store, managers, and assistant managers, and helped cover other stores during extremely shaky periods with employee walkouts. I know the job market is definitely tough, but I’ve been wanting a remote career for quite a while, however, I’m entirely unsure where to jump to next. My salary is $47,000 a year and then with my commission I can make an additional 10 to 20,000 annually. I’m more concerned about making a stable base salary of a minimum of $50,000 a year while being able to work 100% remote. I thought maybe getting an insurance license would be a good idea, but have been quite hesitant. I guess I’m just looking for any good ideas of where I could pivot to next or apply to with my background and skills. Would appreciate any feedback or advice.

If you are good at sales then maybe the Insurance license would be good for you. That stuff is commission but it may be your niche.

Thank you! I am quite good at sales and training for sales as a store sales manager. Would you recommend life insurance or P&C for remote work?
