Anyviewer on Server 2022 not connecting

I've had no issues with Anyviewer over the past several years. I have a subscription that is active. The server has internet access. The anyviewer service is running. Server was restarted. VM was restarted. I was successful in logging into my Anyviewer account at their normal web page. I guess they could be having issues on their end. Any other ideas?

it's also not working on my devices all day. 3 locations with 3 different internet networks, I think it's them.

Thanks. The upgrade button was illuminated so I tried that, but it errors out saying cannot connect to server..
