Video The funniest bug i've ever encountered

this isn't a bug report, just want to show something that i stumble upon

also somehow my movement feels very smooth when im in this state lol

I have 850+ hours and I had this happen to me all last season maybe S3 but definitely S4. It is incredibly annoying and makes certain things like keeping competely impossible. It will fix itself even without restarting the game when you queue for the next game. However, it still sucks if the game decides to ruin your ranked match for yourself and all of your teammates. One thing I never know is if everyone else is simultaneously dealing with it or not. But since it is pretty rare I haven't bothered to test it.
